New Era Basketball

We used the March New Era which focused on Missionary Service. Each member of the presidency came up with 5 questions based on the articles within the Era.(About 20 questions) We divided the youth up equally into two teams based on athletic ability, gender, age and church knowledge. The two teams then took turns either shooting baskets or looking for the answer to our questions. Team A could keep shooting baskets until all of Team B had found the answer to our question. Then the teams would switch places and we would repeat the question for Team A while Team B shot baskets. The youth really enjoyed this activity and they seemed to learn a bit more about missionary work.
