1 part baking soda
2 parts Epsom salt
3 parts sea salt

Mix it all in a big bowl, then put in a large zip lock freezer bag

Salt Scrub Body Polish

1/2 T Lecithin
3 T Sweet Almond Oil (or any skin friendly light oil)
1 400 IU Vitamin E
1/4 C Sea Salt (you can add more salt if you want a thicker scrub)
Plumeria FO–20 Drops (or FO of your preference)

1. Mix Lecithin and sweet almond together in small sauce pan over LOW
HEAT or it WILL scorch. Mixture will get thicker and a little frothy.
Mash small clumps of lecithin as you stir.
2. Pour lecithin/almond oil mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a
small bowl.
3. Add Vit E cap–poke small hole in gel-cap and squeeze oil out. Mix
in throughly. I just use a fork and whip as for egg whites.
4. Add salt and mix well.
5. Add FO (to preference) and mix in well.
6. Cool and spoon into 4 oz. jars.If using the granulated Lecithin it
is important to strain in #2 or the resulting product will be a
unpleasant yellow color.
The finished scrub will have a “whipped” consisteny and the salt won’t
settle out leaving a layer of oil on top. Your skin will be coated with
a nice layer of oil and after toweling off you may find you no longer
need a after-bath moisturizer.

**CAUTION: Tub/shower will be slippery! Take care!
**HINT** : Shave after using scrub or the salt will STING!!

out about 1/2 cup of mixture to add color and fragrance. Blend well,

thoroughly blended. The color in this will become somewhat darker as it
dries. This mixture WILL go in plastic bags without seeping out.
