Family Home Evening Lesson Group

We do this once at the beginning of each year. The group meets twice: once to receive instructions and choose lesson topics (so there aren’t repeats) and once to distribute the lessons to group members. We have a few rules. Each lesson must include a lesson plan, song, scripture, story (with visual aids colored and laminated), game idea or family activity, Ensign article that goes with the topic (for grown-ups), and master copy of everything on white paper. Everything needs to be on cardstock (except master copies), typed, laminated, and visuals colored (crayons will melt when laminated). Each sister provides her own folder or Ziploc bag for storage.
