Garden-themed Enrichment Activity

For a quarterly Enrichment meeting, our Enrichment Leader and Counselor settled on a garden theme for a preparedness and provident living event. They came up with some great ideas, and I’m posting the notes from their planning meeting here in case it helps others.

Welcome by Enrichment Counselor

Musical Presentation (10 minutes)

Salad Buffet Luncheon with presenters during meal:
* Relief Society President’s Compassionate Service Report (5 minutes)
* 72-hour kits and water storage by Emergency Preparedness Specialist (15 minutes)
* Saving money by shopping on the Internet (20 minutes)
* Herb growing (35 minutes)
