Christmas Enrichment

We have a Bell Choir come from another local church. We have a sitdown ham dinner with all the fixings. We have sisters sign up to be a hostess of a table. She brings everything for the table. China, silver, glassware, decorations. Each table is so unique and beautiful. The sister who hosts the table also serves, etc. Less clean up in the kitchen also.

Then we have a cookie exchange. Each sister brings 3 dozen cookies. We use one dozen from each plate and made a beautifully wrapped plate for each member of the bell choir. The bell choir enjoys a nice dinner and cookies and we have a beautiful treat.

Our R.S. President usually gives a spiritual message.

This is the best attended event of the year. We have been doing this for five years and I must say I think both congregations, ours and the Bell Choir would be very disappointed if it were to stop.

(I think this is a great activity — spiritual message, fellowshipping with another Church group, food, lots of participation from members…. Jenny)
